Ok that doesn’t really make sense, but you know we’ve been selling hot tubs for many years now. And one thing that continues to set us apart is our commitment to service. Let me tell you about a few things that have happened recently. First of all we’re extremely happy to be one of only 6 hot tub retailers in North America to be nominated for Spa Retailers 2013 Retail Stars Award and we’re being featured in their publication. Hot Tub Service where Our Customers Come First

Last month we had a bit to say about the travelling discount hot tub shows that tour around the country. They come through and leave us to clean up the mess. It’s unfortunate that more than once we’ve seen stories where honest people have been sold lemons from these hucksters. They sell sub par hot tubs then leave you in the hands of a local and inexperienced technician to continually fix the situation. Last week a new customer of ours wrote us an email outlining the frustration and pain they’ve gone through dealing with aftermath of their purchase from one of these travelling shows. After explaining how the tub continued to break down, again and again. Having a technician come out and fix it. Being billed more money for the repairs. Then the tub breaking down again and not being able to get a hold of anyone from the company and being left with a broken hot tub for over 4 months he had this to say:

“I came across a Facebook note from a person who also purchased a tub from K__. They went to Halcyon Spas and the guys there took her broken tub, gave her credit to a new MAAX Spa, and solved her problems, and the letter went on to say how the service was so great, so I contacted Rob.

I went to talk to the guys at Halcyon Spas and they immediately offered to help me. They gave me an amazing deal on a new spa, and took my broken tub as a trade in. The great thing is, I am learning so much more about tubs, and maintenance than was ever given to me by J__ or K__. When I asked J__ for instructions, he said I did not need any and referred me to a web site that was very difficult to find. Even when I did copy the instructions, every troubleshooting answer said, call your service rep.

I will never have to deal with J__ again…

The ZT60 Series offers advanced network functions via VIERA ConnectTM — Panasonic’s exclusive cloud-based IPTV function. When the condo owners at The LUXE Building wanted to See who's at the front door and get better security they partnered with Reed Security.

The Problem:

• Many multi-unit buildings can no longer (affordably) display the front door camera on their TV's.
• Occupants could previously view the front door camera on a TV channel when Shaw Cable was the only cable TV option.
• The old TV solution is no longer a viable option because many multi unit tennants have a combination of Shaw Cable, MAX, Satelite TV, Internet TV, or no TV at all.
